Tuition & Fees

School Year 2026-2027

Primary School (Grades 1 to 5 )

Fee Structure for Primary School. Application Fee: ¥20,000 (Paid once per child at the time of application. Non-refundable.). Enrollment Fees: Entrance Fee is ¥350,000 (Paid once per child upon entrance. Non-refundable.); School Uniform Fee is ¥10,000-¥15,000 (Purchased upon entrance. Non-refundable.). Annual Fees (*1): Annual Tuition Fee & Building Fee is ¥1,150,000 (Paid every year. Refundable by term *2); Resource Fee is ¥150,000 (Paid every year. Non-refundable.).

Other Fees

・After School Activities: Free (*Fees apply for After School Tutoring if offered.)

Note

*1: Fees for educational field trips and school events are covered in the Annual Fees. We may collect an additional fee for irregular field trips and events upon prior notice in the school year.

*2: Conditions apply to be eligible for termly refunds. Students who take a long-term leave of absence from school due to personal, non-medical reasons are not eligible for a refund.

Lower Secondary School (Grades 6 to 8 )

Fee Structure for Lower Secondary School. Application Fee: ¥20,000 paid once per child at the time of application, non-refundable. Enrollment Fees include: Entrance Fee of ¥350,000 paid once per child upon entrance, non-refundable; and School Uniform Fee of ¥70,000 and up, purchased upon entrance, non-refundable. Annual Fees (indicated by note 1) include: Annual Tuition Fee and Building Fee of ¥1,200,000 paid every year, refundable by term as indicated by note 2; and Resource Fee of ¥200,000 paid every year, non-refundable.

Other Fees

・Required: Laptop Computer - Secondary School students must prepare a personal laptop computer that meets the school requirements for their studies before the start of the term.

Note

*1: Fees for educational field trips and school events are covered in the Annual Fees. We may collect an additional fee for graduation trips held at the end of Grade 8 upon prior notice (graduation trips are optional and is subject to minimum registration requirements.and conducted after a certain number of registrations).

Upper Secondary School (Grades 9 to 12 )

Upper Secondary School Fee Structure. Application Fee: ¥20,000 paid once per child at the time of application, non-refundable. Enrollment Fees include: Entrance Fee for IGCSE Grade 9 and 10 is ¥250,000 paid once per child upon entrance, non-refundable; Entrance Fee for A-Levels Grade 11 and 12 is ¥200,000 paid once per child upon entrance, non-refundable; and School Uniform Fee of ¥70,000 and up, purchased upon entrance, non-refundable. Annual Fees (indicated by note 1) include: Annual Tuition Fee and Building Fee of ¥1,300,000 paid every year, refundable by term as indicated by note 2; and Resource Fee of ¥200,000 paid every year, non-refundable.

GCE A-Level Examination Fees (End of Grade 12) ¥20,000~ per subject (Avg. 3 subjects)
