Mid-School Year Application Guidelines

We are now accepting mid-school year applications for available seats only. If eligible students wish to apply to join from January 2025 (Term 2 of this school year), please contact us to info@camelot.tokyo.jp today. If students wish to apply to join from April 2025 (Term 3 of this school year, please contact us in January 2025 regarding the admissions procedures.

Eligibility
Applicants must meet at least one of the following requirements to be eligible for application:
1. Foreign national
2. Japanese national who are returnees from an English-speaking country (within 6 months)
3. Japanese national who have studied in an English-based environment (eg. international schools)
4. All students who have a native or fluent level English ability
Please note that we cannot accept applications from Japanese nationals with no experience in an English learning environment or ESL (English as a Second Language) applicants that require additional English support.
In the case of 2 or 3: at least one of the family members must be able to communicate in English with school teachers and staff.
Qualifying Ages for School Year 2024-2025
The birthday cutoff line may change depending on the candidate's English abilities at the time of application.

*Subjects offered for IGCSE and AS/A level are predetermined by the school. Please contact us about the subjects offered before applying. Students applying for IGCSE 2nd Year (Grade 10) and AS/A level (Grade 11 & 12) must have studied in a Cambridge affiliated school. Students that are unable to take IGCSE and A level examinations may not be able to move to the next grade or graduate.
