Dear Parents,

This is an email regarding the Winter Performance.

Date: Dec. 17, 2020

Open time: 1:30 PM

Start time: 2:00 PM

Finish time: 3:45 PM

Important Information:

1. Please wear the uniform.

2. Online students and families are free to come as well.

3. You will not be able to enter the Center before the opening time. To avoid crowds, please do not arrive before the time.

4. Cars cannot be parked at the Center. Please use a local parking lot nearby.

5. Seats: There are NO seat assignments.

Please sit anywhere you prefer after Row 8. It is ok to sit with your family, but please have space between other families.

C & D class students, after finishing their play, will need to sit with their family. Please keep extra seats for your child.

6. Due to the time limited, we will only have photo time during the performance.

ウインターパフォーマンスについてのご連絡です。

日付：2020年12月17日場所：新宿文化センター　大ホール開場時間：13時30分

開演時間：14時00分

終演時間：15時45分

注意事項：

1. 会場には制服で来てください。

2. オンラインで授業を受けている生徒さんや御家族も来場いただけます。

3. 開場時間前にいらしても文化センターには入っていただけません。混むことが無いように、時間前にはいらっしゃらないでください。

4. 会場にはお車は止められません。お近くの駐車場をご利用ください。

5. 座席：指定なし。

8列目からお好きな席を選んでください（場合によって変わる可能性あります。）

家族全員一緒に座れますが、他の家族とは間隔を開けてください。

ＣＤクラスの子は演目を終わったら家族がいる席に行きますので、お子様の席も確保してください。

6. 機器の片づけをすぐに始めますので、お写真は演目中にお願い致します。
