Admission Guidelines for September 2023 ~ June 2024

Seats are available for students apply to one (or more) of the following:
1. Foreign national
2. Japanese national but are returnees from an English-speaking country (within 6 months)
3. Japanese national but have studied in an English environment (ex. international schools)
[We do not have open seats available for Japanese families (without experience of studying in English) or ESL (English as a Second Language) students who require additional English support.]
*In the case of 2 or 3: at least one of the family members must be able to communicate in English with school teachers and staff.

Application Procedures
1. Submit the Application Form & Complete Payment for the Application Fee (Application Fee: ¥15,000 per child).
Option: Eligible candidates may submit the School Visit/Online Meeting Form before applying.
The School Visit & Online Meeting are available only for eligible applicants for School Year 2023-24.
If your child is not eligible to apply at this time but wishes to apply in the future, please submit the waiting list form here:
2. Entrance Examination
After we receive your Application Form & confirm your payment, we will email you the details regarding the Entrance Examination. The Entrance Examination contains English, Mathematics, & an Interview.
Candidates who live abroad or live far from Tokyo may request the Entrance Examination package so that the candidate does not need to be in Japan or Tokyo at the time of examination. We will send you the examination papers and instructions via email.
3. Results
We will email you the results of the Entrance Examination within one week.
4. Complete Payment for the Admission Fees
Admission Fees include the Entrance Fee (¥250,000) and Building Fund (¥100,000) [Total: ¥350,000]. These fees must be paid within one week after you receive the Notification of Enrollment. These fees will not be refunded under any circumstance after the payment is completed.
5. After we confirm your payment, your child's enrollment will be confirmed.
Important Dates
Early Application Period: February 27, 2023 to March 8, 2023
Early Applications are open only for those who do not require a School Visit/Online Meeting.
Early Application Entrance Examination Date: March 10, 2023
13:00-15:00 (Primary) / 13:00-15:30 (Lower & Upper Secondary)
Regular Application Period: May 1, 2023 to May 14, 2023
Regular Applications are open for any eligible candidate.
Regular Application Entrance Examination Date: May 20, 2023
Details on time will be announced in April.
We may accept Late Applications in July/August 2023 if there are seats remaining.
